Our goal is to operate and manage youth outreach projects that will be viable and spur sustainable economic growth and alleviate the spectre of hunger, poverty and economic challenges.

Our Objectives
- To identify areas which the youth can participate and thus create viable economic and employment opportunities
- Develop economic partnerships and liaise with pertinent stakeholders in areas of respective interests.
- Promote community development among the members of the identified communities.
- Identify, assess and deploy members/staff in the areas for public work services
- Train, promote and place the competent members/staff in areas of their specialty for the achievement of set goals and the acceleration of the policies and program structures.
Organisational Governance
The organisation is served by a core of dedicated and skilled members of the Board of Directors, who provide their skills and expertise in the governance of the organisation. Direction and control of the organisation vest in the Board of Directors led by the Chairperson of the Board. The Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and Secretary and other directors form the Office Bearers of the organisation. Management of operations and implementation of organisational programs and policies are delegated to the Management Team led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO is the Accounting Officer and reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of JPYOP.
Organisational Structure
Joubert Park Youth Outreach Project’s organisational structure is configured in accordance with strategic goals and objectives and in line with operational programs requirements. The organisational structure will remain flexible to ensure adaptation to organisational growth. New programs will be catered through addition of Program Managers and appropriate corresponding structures for reporting to respective Program Managers.
